Congratulations on your purchase from PC PLUG! You can be confident that all PC PLUG computers meet the strictest quality standards. In the unlikely event that your computer demonstrates a performance concern, within the first 30 days and as long as the computer has not been physically damaged within 30 days of purchase, you will be covered by this limited warranty. The seller's obligation during this term, will upon failure or malfunction of a covered item, correct the malfunction or defect at no charge. Physical damage or misuse of any part resulting in system failure is not covered under this warranty policy.
This Limited Warranty is mechanical failure coverage. If any of the parts supplied by PC PLUG failed, then for a period of 30 days from the date the system was purchased (the "Warranty Period"), PC PLUG will at no charge, repair or replace any such part(s). PC PLUG may, however, at its sole discretion, elect to accept or deny the return of the computer and provide the customer with a refund.
The customer must notify PC PLUG of the failure of a covered part within the Warranty Period. Repairs will be made with parts of like kind and quality. It is expressly understood that replacement parts and/or components need not be new, but may be used or rebuilt, which will be guaranteed serviceable. A "breakdown" or "mechanical failure" means the failure of any original or like replacement part covered by this Limited Warranty to work as it was designed to work in normal service. However, reduced operation or reduced performance due to normal wear and tear shall not be considered a failure within the meaning of this Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty does not constitute a written affirmation of fact or promise by PC PLUG that the material or workmanship of the system, or any parts thereof, are free of any defects or will meet a specified level of performance over a specified period of time.
This is the only express warranty made by PC PLUG. Any and all warranties provided by part manufacturers will be extended to the customer under their appropriate warranty periods.
